Im thinking that while this is very good ammo, that bullet is overengineered for the cartridge. .30-30 does not run fast enough to exceed the design limits of standard bullets. Now the Fusion bullet likely exceeds the terminal capabilities of the Partition in .30-30 ammo.

This load is a classic go to for elk, moose, bear, and more. The less you know about bullets and ammo the more you should just grab some of this and go hunting without stress or worry. Trust Federal and Nosler on this one.
